We ship our Pink Collection, Denim, Dresses, and all other feminine treasures worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote areas).
Order Processing: 1-2 business days
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing. We recommend ordering early for special occasions!
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, underwear, Mini dresses with removed tags, or Shorts with removed tags.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your dress arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
